Instructor Henry teaches in Chesterfield County at Providence Elementary School.
I have studied American Karate, Cha Shorin Ryu Karate and Jow Ga Kung Fu. Also during my time in the Navy I completed the U. S. Marine Hand to Hand Combat Course and Military Police Self Defense, Take Down and Submissions Training. I have also Competed and Judged many National and International Tournaments.
I am married and have two children.
My wife Teresa is an Instructor for AIM USA Cheer.
My son JR (17) is an Assistant Instructor for AIM, has taken AIM Self Defense classes for years and also studies Kung Fu.
My daughter Jessica (16) has been an Assistant Instructor for AIM Cheer has taken AIM Self Defense classes for years and also studies Kung Fu.
