Grand Champion title for 5 years- light weight women's kumite (sparring) 1993-1998
Started teaching with AIM 1998
Member of World Tae Kwon Do Federation
Co- founder RAWMA (Richmond Association of Women in the Martial Arts)
Conducts self defense clinics in DC/MD area
