This exciting & valuable Adult course will prove to be informative training in the Martial Arts. Knowledge is power and knowing how to develop your mind and body in the Martial Ways can give you more options in a self-defense situation. You will be able to approach situations more calmly and focused with a higher level of confidence. Certified Instructor Ronnie Manes instructs students in the Three concepts of the Arts: A) Creative and Artistic Physical Development, B) Practical Physical Exercise and C) Developing Physical Understanding of Self-Defense and Applications. All Concepts can be developed individually or successively by all adults at any ability level.
