Hailey Green Scholarship
Hailey Danielle Green, former AIM cheerleader and assistant coach, was taken from all those who loved her on July 31, 2019 at the age of 18. She was a caring, nurturing, and compassionate person that poured into her passions. Hailey would go the extra mile for anyone because she had such a loving heart, and it truly didn't matter what walk of life someone came from. She was an amazing daughter, loving granddaughter, a wonderful aunt, and a friend to many.
Hailey enjoyed being a part of AIM cheer for 7 years and was an assistant coach with Coach Mary (aka coach T) for 2 years. She also enjoyed athletic training, teaching early head start, and working with kids. Hailey loved Mexican food, her dog Cody, anything medical related, and teaching/coaching children. Once in High School, Hailey attended Valley Career & Technical Center and acquired her CNA as a junior. She was a member of HOSA where she competed in State & Nationals placing 2nd in the state for nursing & top 3% in the nation. Hailey was also a member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Society. She took part in many mission trips and did lots of community service to provide a helping hand to those in need. Hailey was preparing to attend Eastern Mennonite University starting in August 2019 to join their nursing program. She had planned to specialize in pediatrics and continue her involvement in athletic training. |
